(1) The meeting of the project committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman of the project committee.
(2) The chairman of the project committee will preside over the meeting. In the absence of the chairman, a person chosen by the members of the project committee will preside over the meeting (3) If fifty percent of the total number of members of the project committee are present, the quorum for the meeting will be considered.
(4) When a matter is discussed and voted in the project committee, the vote of the majority of the members present will be considered as the decision of the project committee.
(5) The decision of the project committee will be verified by the member-secretary of the project committee. (6) Other procedures related to the meeting of the project committee will be as determined by the project committee itself.
